Returns Policy. We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from Invert Scooters. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.
Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 2 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned complete with all accessories and evidence of purchase. Once received we'll issue a replacement and reimburse you any reasonable return carriage costs.
Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 5 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned complete with all accessories and proof of purchase Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement and any reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
If you change your mind
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 3 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods you have 5 calendar days to do so, at your own expense.Due to our products being custom built a 20% deduction of price and postage costs will be made for a refund as these products are made specifically for you.
If you products break within a 60 day period from delivery date then will we be happy to exchange these for you at our expense but we do reserve the right to issue a replacement if after inspection we find that have been abused or mistreated.ALL our returned products are tested by our technicians and if a returned product is found not to be faulty then they will send it back to you and in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage costs.
